Market Access Manager

Market Access Manager is responsible to assess new product pricing & reimbursement and prepare pricing & reimbursement dossier to get new drug NHIA reimbursement pricing with appropriate pricing and reimbursement guideline on timely manner; modelling of pricing scenarios and anticipate if any pricing change & impacts.

This person will also work together with medical and RWE team to identify the data gaps and develop the clinical and economic evidence to secure access/ reimbursement with external decision makers; assess and advocate the value proposition to payers and stakeholders; assessing risk within pricing and market access with respect to price changes; supporting for the brands for new & ongoing company internal pricing approval process; and act as a contact person for pricing & reimbursement questions for both internal and external stakeholders

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career -

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gain pricing & reimbursement price of new product with fair balance of reimbursement price and reimbursement guideline.
2. Prepare pricing scenario and provide recommendation of pricing scenario for submission to NHIA.
3. Communicate internal to gain support on preparing reimbursement submission dossier effectively and communicate well internally to ensure internal stakeholder understand the process & pricing scenario clearly.
4. Manage internal expectation and anticipate the output of pricing decision timely.
Engage with payers and key decision makers to deliver value prepositions timely
Understand the payer funding process & P&R process & provide insight to internal stakeholders.
5. Provide P&R pricing & market issue & work together with government affairs to generate potential recommendations

  • 其它條件: Basic Qualification:
    1. Bachelor’s degree.
    2. Specialized in medicine/science/economics.
    3. At least 5 years experience in role of working in the pricing and reimbursement area either with a pharmaceutical firm or in a pricing and reimbursement consulting firm.
    4. Demonstrated expertise with pricing and reimbursement of pharmaceuticals with in-depth knowledge of Taiwan pricing and reimbursement systems.
    5. Health care industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical business including R&D, clinical and marketing.
    6. Strong ability to assess the economical and healthcare political environment and a keen.

    Preferred Qualifications
    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

    1. Master and PHD.
    2. Degree in Business & Economics Qualifications.
