Senior Customer Service Representative

Takes ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order management and order fulfillment, provides excellence service to customers and delivers quality work.
Responds effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries, ranging from orders, product availability, shipment arrangement, billing…
Provides prompt response with internal – Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics as well as external – hospital, clinic and distributors.
Reviews all open sales orders and backlog; follows up with Procurement contacts to ensure on-time shipments; escalates issues appropriately to ensure prompt solutions.
Follows SOP and documentation format with GDP requirements.
Order type - Cycle count, consignment, loan orders, standard orders, FOC, spare parts, backlog and demo…
Lot number selection and control.
Manages expiration date to make sure that the expiration date meet customers requirement, especially short shelf life products.
Processes product recall with quality issues.
Specific lot number for one single customer to ensure that the reserve lot number to each single customer with correct bin location and sub-warehouse.
Generates AR invoice and follows the requirements from sales contracts and customer orders to avoid penalty and delay issues.
Manages customer complaints and product RMA, aligns with Finance Team to proceed AR invoice with credit and goods return.
Sets up new customer accounts and maintains good record of documentation for audit purposes.
Maintains customer contract price list and item master data in SAP
Follows Company established policies and procedures ethically, legally and wisely with flexibility; keeps up to date with the latest best practices.

MUST HAVE

Bachelors degree.
At least 2 to 3 years of customer service and/or order fulfillment experience.
Strong computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (dealing with complexity)
Language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Chinese / Mandarin.
Ability to work under pressure.
Detail oriented.
Customer oriented and ability to adapt / respond to different types of tasks.
