Application Sales Manager – Precursors

  • 全職

1. Own and ensure execution of LLH Precursor sales strategy, closely working with PM and APACE, T&I team to deliver new business, to improve customer experience both for new biz and existing biz to deliver overall Precursors performance.
2. Optimizing all Precursors business process and managing resource with various enabling functions in organization both internal and external to ensure Precursors sustainable development strategy.
3. Facilitate the Precursors and electronic end market specific chemical strategy for LLH group and act as an interface with LLH sales and Linde entities to facilitate strategy execution and alignment.
4. Manage all Precursors sales activities and all internal/external recourses to ensure achievement the LLH Precursors Sales & Margin plan and implementation of Precursors strategies
5. Lead the promotion of Precursors applications with customers’ R&D/PE team and other external organizations, and identify further technology trend and new business opportunities
6. New Precursors business development and management and build relationships with potential strategic customers.
7. Support LLH Precursors strategy, build local capability development on Precursors front including product portfolio management and sales capability development.
8. Responsibility to improve overall Precursors biz profitability

  • 工作技能: 客戶資料更新維護、業務或通路開發、業績目標分配與績效達成、客戶情報蒐集、產品介紹及解說銷售
  • 其它條件: 1. In depth understanding of Semiconductor market, technology, and process.
    2. In depth understanding of the competitive environment, customer requirements & landscape and supplier capabilities & landscape in the electronics materials business.
    3. Strong proven business acumen.
    4. Leadership skills to manage cross cultural and vertical teams.
    5. Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
    6. Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to generate and evaluate solutions.
    7. Expertise in change management and deployment of effective training programs and behavioural change initiatives assisting sales.
    8. First Degree in a science or engineering discipline accompanied by sufficient technical competence to enable an understanding Precursor space.
    9. A minimum of 3 yrs experience in R&D or process functions in leading fabs, or a commercial role in a related gas or chemical industry.
    10. Direct experience in precursors is high desired.
    11. Strong financial and market analysis acumen.
    12. Strong base knowledge of global semi markets is a pre-requisite – ideally accompanied by an established network of contacts in industry
    13. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
    14. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
    15. Strong working knowledge in China and Taiwan and with experience in working with JV set ups.
