Customer Service Coordinator (PHC)

  • 全職

Duties will include but may not be limited to the following.

- Manage the CS operations of the PHC demo project/ implementation details, including 3rd party/distributor management, project follow-up, and tracking of ST F1CDx
- Facilitate case managers/ hospitals to send out the F1CDx smoothly and also provide support to case managers of ST project
- Enhance internal & external communication to make sure the efficient operation
- Compliant with company operation policy, procedure, and effective implement
- Ensure superior customer experience by managing case status and facilitate the delivery
- Provide timely responses to customers’ inquiries on ST F1CDx testing status and resolve issues
- Liaison with other functions, such as PHC, Medical, and RFM Commercial

  • 其它條件: Requirements & Qualifications

    - B.S. degree
    - 2 year working experience in healthcare industry for operational or administrative role, experience in gene testing company is a plus
    - Good communication skills and is comfortable working with stakeholders and external customers
    - Proven track records in project management
    - Can work independently
    - Strong adoptability to work in a cross-functional and in a matrix environment with alignment capability
