Customer Success Lead (北區)

Job Summary職位概述:

This position is mainly responsible for leading a high performing a team of customer success partners (sales) in order to build sustainable customer engagement plan, develop business opportunity, achieve sales revenue targets and maintain business growth in assigned territory. This position will also have its own accounts to manage and develop.
制定銷售策略計劃,並帶領團隊業務開發及客戶經營管理等,負責團隊銷售及業績目標達成。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作職責:

1. Team Management 團隊管理

• Ensure and assist team (customer success partners) to manage their area and accounts (see “Area and Account Management” below).
確保業務團隊有效率地管理目標及任務執行
• Lead team to collaborate cohesively with various internal functions and mobilize resources to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
帶領團隊與跨部門同仁緊密地合作,以達到資源整合並驅動雙贏解決方案
• Enable team to adapt to change and drive business results under new environment.
帶領團隊在新環境下適應變化,並達成業績目標
• Work closely with belonged HRBP to implement people practices within the team, including identifying people, developing and coaching people, building the organization and rewarding people.
與所屬HRBP緊密合作,執行團隊內人力資源相關作業,包含尋覓人才、發展人才、組織團隊及獎勵人才

2. Area and Account Management 區域及主要客戶管理

• Achieve sales target in the area of responsibility.
達成區域內業績目標
• Identify and develop business opportunities within area of responsibility and collaborate with sales team to ensure attainment.
確認及發展所轄區域內的商機,並與業務團隊合作,以確保結果的達成
• Record, monitor and track customer enquiries, complaints and/or issues are resolved with high level of urgency.
紀錄,追蹤和監控客戶的需求和抱怨且並即時處理
• Develop and execute customer engagement plan in order to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction and sustainable partnership.
藉著提供具附加價值的服務、支援、相關資訊和適當的商業解決方案,與客戶維持良好的關係
• Manage and maintain assigned key accounts by keeping record of all business transactions, market activities, and competitors.
藉由保存所有交易資訊、市場活動及競爭者訊息等紀錄,來管理和維護主要客戶
• Identify, monitor and manage distributor channels that can contribute to business success.
發展、挑選和管理適當的經銷網路;協助蒐集終端客戶銷售資料並監控經銷商表現,以確保年度目標的達成

工作條件

  • 工作經歷: 七年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
  • 具備駕照: 普通小型車
  • 具備證照: 普通小客車駕照
  • 其它條件: 專業知識與技能 Specific Knowledge & Skills :
