鞋廠面版主管 Pattern Engineering Lead (Manager)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage Pattern Engineering (PE) teams across all dimensions.
2. Responsible for PE team capacity, capability and performance development and improvement.
3. Ensure PE product, process, data and communication efficiency in cross-functional cooperation.

Tasks:
1. Manage and ensure all PE products and processes meet standards; ensure PE standards are well executed and updated including Nike best practice.
2. Collect, analyze and share PE case study to enhance team performance, capability; PE problem solving and information/experience sharing to cross-related-functions.
3. Manage PE KPIs and workload assessment; carry out actions to enhance team performance and workload balance.
4. Manage and ensure PE processes and schedule meet targets in every stage across dimensions.
5. Conduct PE team capability assessment, define and eliminate the gap through training, coaching and mentoring; ensure PE team capability development as business growth.
6. Review and confirm the quotation files which PE will provide to Nike. ( MEOF, MCF&TMT) (only in the first half-year)
7. Join the meetings with Nike and share information on best practice with the PE team.

  • 其它條件: Requirements:
    - Bachelor or above in footwear manufacturing/ industries or related fields.
    - At least 10 year experience in the equivalent position in footwear industries.
    Experience working with Nike as Pattern Engineer is preferred.
    - Knowledge/understanding about shoe model development and manufacturing processes.
    - Knowledge/understanding about pattern making processes.
    - Knowledge/understanding about upper tooling structure and manufacturing processes.
    - Knowledge/understanding about Nike PE processes and standards.
    - Communication, negotiation skills.
    - Data collecting and analyzing skills.
    - Time management; flexibility, team work, mutual trust & respect
    - Adaptability, quick learning & willing to comply with work instructions.
