To manage the challenges in organization growth and talent attraction, we are looking for a professional (Sr.) Talent Acquisition Specialist for Taiwan site Human Resources.
The job is an ideal position for someone who would like to act on different levels: on the one hand, to use their profound knowledge on talent acquisition. And on the other hand, to contribute to more strategic initiatives in a very dynamic and international environment. You have a great opportunity to interact talents from a very beginning, and place them in a promising industry. You could also shape the company culture together with the Global TA team, HR peers and leadership team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
• Focus long-term human resources planning to find specialists, leaders, or future executives for company.
• Talent evaluation and screening (e.g., finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skill set, analyzing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews, assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates)
• Job advertising and posting (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.)
• Talent prospecting (representing the organization at employment fairs, participating in campus recruiting activities, building sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools)
• Talent staffing and planning (e.g., forecasting future hiring needs, aligning hiring strategy to longer term workforce plans, analyzing market trends that impact labor supply & demand, etc.)
• Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies for various business fields including employer promotion in the marketplace.

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 其它條件: • 3-5 or more years of experience as a recruiter in an international company
    • Bachelor / Master degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Experience of partnering the senior management team and ensuring value add HR support to the business
    • Familiar with MedTech Manufacturing industry would be an asset
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks for completion within existing time constraints
    • Strategic mindset paired with high sense for execution and teamwork
    • Ability to build trust and drive engagements in others in a culturally diverse, changing environment, willingness to go the ‘extra mile’
    • Accountable personality with a structured and pragmatic working style
    • Goal orientated with a positive mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information
    • Ability to be a self-starter and developing things autonomously, using previous experience, institutionalizing processes without giving up entrepreneurship
    • Proficient user of HR databases/systems and fully conversant with MS Office suite, experience with PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors is considered a plus
    • Fluency in English
    • Hunter experience with proven record is a plus
