HR Specialist/Manager

  • 全職

- Execute company HR strategy, polices, procedures and deliver the HR function objectives, ensure HR activities are compliance to the local regulation, to work closely with Asia HR team to ensure smooth and high effective HR operations.
- Develop and fulfill local manpower planning and recruitment activities to ensure the supply of local business
- Maintain HR system and generate related reports
- Responsible for organizing trainings, performance assessment to improve working capability and consciousness
- Responsible for company culture, engagement programs, staff relation activities.
- Play a pro-active advisory role and establish partnership with line managers on human resources issues and to build a friendly and supportive working environment
- Support in the preparation of budget for all HR & admin activities
- Supervise daily office administrative works
- Keep up to date with related local legal and government regulations

  • 接受身份: 上班族
  • 工作經歷: 三年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 工作技能: 具備人力資源相關知識、面試技巧、執行日常招募業務、行政事務處理、文件或資料輸入建檔處理
  • 其它條件: - Bachelor degree with major human resources management or any related majors
    - Minimum 3 years in the similar role, with excellent experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits operations.
    - Fluent in English and Chinese
    - Good team player with ability to interact effectively with different level of people
    - Multi-tasking and ability to complete tasks under pressure
    - Mature, meticulous, proactive and attentive to details, high level of confidentiality and integrity standards
    - Proficient in MS words, Excel, and PowerPoint
    - Able to work under independently with minimal supervision
