HID Sales Development Representative

The HID Sales Development Representative is responsible for managing sales activities with a primary focus on the Human Identification business (HID/Rapid/instrument) within Taiwan region. Increase and sustain the sales and market share for Human Identification products by maintaining strong customer relationship and drive customer satisfaction for key account in Taiwan is the key objective of this role. You will be responsible for the sales target of Taiwan region and will have a strong role in contributing to country overall success.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

- Responsible for Human Identification (HID/Rapid/Indirect instrument) sales target both quarterly and annually
- Managing fcst discussion and alignment with related stakeholders.
- Work closely with country leads and direct manager to develop and implement country specific strategies.
- Create and lead big deals by engaging key opinion leaders and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to secure the business.
- Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for HID/Rapid projects
- Provide deep, ongoing analysis and understanding of market product positioning, and customers in the Human Identification filed.
- Work closely with cross function teams (service, support, marketing, customer care and logistics) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represents Thermo Fisher Scientific at seminars, trade shows, trainings, conferences, regulatory meetings and other Forensic forums.


Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- Knowing the principal of real-time PCR, capillary electrophoresis or next generation sequencing application.
- More than 3 years relevant experience in a sales, sales development or customer facing position with open-bid experience and knowledge.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate value proposition to a range of customer and internal audience
- The writing and speaking ability of English is medium.
- Systematic problem solving by working with customers and internal team.
- Ability to work in a global and multicultural team.
- Must be self-motivated and enjoy challenges.
- Ability to travel domestically on a regular basis.
