THE ROLE:
• Leading a Project Lead/Program Management team who is managing OEM/ODM programs or internal programs with co-working internal stakeholders or partners for specific programs or initiatives.
• Working as a representative or focal point of GSCE (Gaming Solution Customer Engineering) customer engineering support team for discrete graphics related program management and delivery.

THE PERSON:
• Have a strong leadership as a people manager who can lead and manage a team to deliver programs or solutions.
• Understand and be familiar with internal process, working model inside the GSCE or Client organization.
• Understand internal graphics related HW/SW feature, produce specifications, POR schedules, etc. as to, externally communicate and level set customer expectations, and internally mitigate gaps when there are discrepancies between internal POR and customer expectation or needs.
• Lead or closely work with core team/CRM to make sure graphics HW/SW delivery status on track, otherwise work out mitigation plan for any delay or gaps.
• Lead or closely track with subject matter specialists, document owner, or tool owner making sure support material readiness status as planned.
• Familiar with Client/dgfx product interlock (graphics related portion) to ensure management of A+A platform/project expectation/critical issues.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with executives and senior managements' level in both verbally and writing, status, issues, technical concepts to large audience or Exec. level.
• Responsible, Active and Aggressive.
• Have a vision to plan, lead and execute programs or initiatives towards a team and org success.
• Travel is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead a team to deliver programs.
• Manage customers' executives or senior managements for maintaining a good relationship.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Lead or closely work with core team/CRM to make sure graphics HW/SW delivery status on track, otherwise work out mitigation plan for any delay or gaps.
• Lead or closely track with subject matter specialists, document owner, or tool owner making sure support material readiness status as planned.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Engineering undergraduate/master degree is strongly preferred
