Customer Service Supervisor

  • 全職

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
Place intercompany orders and track the shipment to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus for IDD, MBD and CDD.
Collaborate with logistic, sales and marketing teams to ensure business goals are met
Receive orders and plan shipments from all distribution channels in MBD and CDD
Maintain SOP, documents and optimize workflow according to Good distribution practice (GDP)
Adhere to daily operations and internal audit follow GDP regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as inventory management or similar position
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
BSc in Business administration, Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
Good distribution practice (GDP) experience is required
English communication skill is required
People management experience is plus
At least 5 years of customer service and/or supply chain related working experience
