National Sales Manager

Position Summary
The function of the National Sales Manager is to ensure budgeted annual sales, working closely with the marketing function, objectives are met within designated territories by:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring the Regional Wise business plan to meet agreed budget. Leading and motivating the Sales team to meet agreed targets and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Translates business strategy and objectives into tactical plans that meet/exceed
yearly goals in sales quota, growth, direct contribution, and gross margin by
leveraging existing resources
• Monitors sales pipeline for all major products, taking corrective action where
needed.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Hires, trains, and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct
reports and ensures adequate coaching
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports
monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast against plan
• Lead and strategize distributors to enhance product knowledge and achieve
total customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with corporate team and distributors to identify and initiate
potential business prospects in Taiwan.
• Analyse market information for product positioning and strategy development.
• Implement various sales strategies and management techniques to facilitate
improved profits and increased sales volume.
• Responsibility for coordinating the sales and marketing departments as well as
over site concerning the fair and honest execution of the sales processes by his
staff and distribution channel partners in Taiwan
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in
assigned customer accounts

    Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
    • Education: BSc or equivalent in Biomedical Science
    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years lVD experience
    • Additional Skills/Knowledge:
    • A good working knowledge of laboratory equipment
    • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Language: Chinese, English


    1、醫學、醫技及生物相關者尤佳。

    3、有相關經驗者尤佳。
