Associate Market Access Lead

Purpose of the job

The Associate Market Access Lead is responsible for developing overall strategic direction and managing the Market Access and Outcome Research cases to ensure optimal reimbursement and realize the maximum commercial potential for Pfizer products. There is also need to ensure the alignment between Taiwan, Regional and Global Pricing and Reimbursement Strategies.

Duties

Plan the payer value proposition that enable and expand broad patient access
Develop holistic access strategy and ensure early preparation to ensure optimal launch of new products & new indications across the product life cycle
Develop pricing & reimbursement strategies to maximize the value of new products
Develop outcome research strategies to align with commercial and medical strategies of new and in-line products
Design OR studies in support of reimbursement dossier submission
Remain current regarding the external market access environment
Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and their organizational relationships in key stakeholder groups (payer, patient and physician)
Build and maintain solid partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, including Global Patient & Health Impact Team, trade associations, industry association, medical association and patient advocacy groups
Be familiar with Pricing & Reimbursement policies and lead the conversation to shape a favorable access environment to optimize patient access
Education

Degree qualifications in pharmacy, business, health economics or related disciplines
Postgraduate qualification in MBA degree will be a plus
Experience

Have 3+ years and a solid track record of working in the Market Access & health economics fields or direct responsibility on healthcare product planning and promotion in the pharmaceutical industry
Have a comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment, HTA and the government review process
Knowledge and experience preparing and submitting dossiers
Product Manager related experience is a plus
