Account Manager

  • 全職

The successful candidate will work with the commercial, marketing, internal support and the technical teams, to achieve financial goals. With strong knowledge and background within the life science in Taiwan, the Insides Sales Representative will strive to achieve assigned targets, strengthen customer relations, drive growth and development within an existing customer base and expand market penetration and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned territories sales target in Taiwan
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and other future digital platforms
Constant follow up with customers on marketing promotions and campaigns, to generate new marketing opportunities
Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process via SFDC
Generate and process new sales leads into quotation via SFDC
Participate in company initiatives when required
Working with cross-division, pass the sales opportunities to different divisions to work together with different divisions.
Skills and Requirements:

Good knowledge of the Life Science market in Taiwan, either through work experience, or field of study.
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect well people
Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines
Familiar with digital marketing platforms eg. Line, and other e-commerce platforms
Bach. of Life Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry or related field
Min 1-2 years of working experience within the Life Science industry
