副研究員 / 助理研究員 (Process 2)

  • 全職

1. Leading the execution of experiments related to formulation or process development of therapeutics.
2. Formulation studies related formulation selection and evaluation plus a variety of characterization studies.
3. Process development studies will include determination and characterization of process parameters associated with fill-finish operations such as mixing, filtration, pumping, and fill speeds.
4. Pharmacy Studies Providing support to areas of drug product design, dosage preparation, administration and instructional training.
5. Collecting, recording, interpreting, and presenting experimental data appropriately.
6. Identifying and presenting relevant literature to the project team.
7. Coordinating testing schedules, presenting results, and authoring reports.
8. Communicating progress to supervisors.

工作條件

  • 工作經歷: 三年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
  • 其它條件: - Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background is a plus.
    - Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.
    - General knowledge of drug product development.
    - Understanding of the relationship between formulation components and manufacturing conditions on drug product quality.
    - Experience in developing novel formulations.
    - Familiarity with cGMPs and/or manufacturing is a plus.
    - Experience in managing multiple projects and communicating with laboratory personnel.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
    - A team player, who listens effectively and invites response and discussion.
    - A collaborator who communicates in an open, clear, complete, timely, and consistent manner.
    - Demonstrated relationship building including cross-functional teamwork skills and ability to interact with senior management.
