Senior Account Manager, Sales-Taipei(Networking/Automotive/IoT)(3022116)

Job Description
The Senior Account Manager, Sales will be responsible for managing and growing revenue with large strategic accounts. This person will work closely with colleagues around the world and be responsible for promoting Qualcomm’s Networking/Automotive/IoT technologies and developing the strategy and execution for driving the sale of Qualcomm products

Responsibilities
The successful candidate should well manage relationships with customers and need to develop business with global regional Sales and BD teams, and communicate and coordinate closely with internal technical, product, logistic, legal, finance teams.
This position will be familiar with industrial trend and competition intelligence to develop strategy, create new business, provide accurate forecast, and evaluate risks to mitigate the impact. He or she need to be professional and expert in selling Qualcomm’s various products and be responsible and proactively coordinating project with internal stakeholders. The Senior Manager need always regards achieving company goads as the highest guiding principle and be creatively develop new business.

Skills/Experience
The Senior Manager, Sales will have had extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally. She or he will have to manage sales goals. Experience in selling components to networking (Nice to have Automotive, IoT experience) customers and the understanding of the complexity of the networking and cellular industry are required. The understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience are critical.
• Excellent in English communication and presentation.
• 8+ years of sales, marketing, product management or business development of complex technology products in networking, especially for Wi-Fi, Mobile broadband businesses (Nice to have Automotive and IOT experience) with knowledge of global dynamics of ODMs, OEMs, ecosystem, and certification
• Strategic account management expertise, the ability to manage change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
• Experience in design win and region sell-through partnerships with networking customers
• Experience in sell-out and go-to-market with OEM regions and channel partners in regions
• Deep knowledge and experience in building complex financial models that create win-win situations for Qualcomm and our customers
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and proactively engage in pre-sales activity
• Expert technical understanding and hands-on experience in networking and cellular technology (Nice to have Automotive and IOT experience) including being first line of defense for technical and product issues
• Proficient and detailed understanding of supply chain, product development and marketing of networking products such as Wi-Fi AP/Router, mesh extender, 4/5G CPE, Ethernet.
• Experience in negotiating and managing MDF, NRE and component pricing with large consumer electronic OEMs
• Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and result-driven

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related business field
• 8+ years in sales, marketing, business development, product management or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
• 5+ years in product marketing, sales, or product management in the networking industry
