BD Sales Leader /Sr. Sales Manager (Location: Hsinchu)

This is a Business to Business sales position targeting executive level decision makers. Camfil Taiwan has a philosophy of selling clean air solutions which takes an elevated approach to the sales process described as total cost of operation (TCO). To be successful in our business requires our Sales Team be creative in their verbal & written communication skills.

This role recommends sales and execution programs within their territory and sets short- and long-term sales and execution goals for their team. Makes day-to-day decisions for their account management team. Maintains thorough knowledge of department processes and build partnerships with customers while driving customer satisfaction through excellence in execution.

The ideal candidate is a resilient, self-starter with a proven track record in new business. Strong computer skills are a must to support sales tools required to sell our value proposition. We also use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Dynamics. Good organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently are all very important.

Compensation package includes a base salary, commission program, company vehicle/allowance, and generous benefits.

  • 其它條件: • Minimum of 10-year experience and a proven track record of success in sales, and consultative solution selling.
    • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience as key account manager.
    • At least 5 or more years of department management experience.
    • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills; as well as the ability to understand customer and partner business requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
    • Strong self-motivated, with the ability to be proactive and flexible.
    • Ability to consistently meet commitments.
    • Flexibility to work in a dynamic situation.
    • Possess a high standard of ethical conduct.
    • Planning and execution of strategy & market development.
