Integrated Marketing / CRM Executive

Duty:
Reports to Marketing ASM to handle CRM/Channel Management & Trade Marketing .

-Channel Management & Trade Marketing
1.Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs.
2.Initiate, plan and execute different trade promotion strategies to meet the company goals and sell-out result.
3.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the company objectives, and make recommendations for future promotions.
4.Any other duties assigned by the Management.

-CRM
1.Produce regular reporting and monitoring of trigger communication.
2.Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
3.Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.
4.Work closely with the wider marketing teams to co-ordinate promotional / trade messaging across the business.
5.Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.

  • 工作經歷: 三年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學以上
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 工作技能: 品牌行銷管理、異業合作規劃與執行、提案與簡報技巧、實體活動規劃與執行、網路活動規劃與執行、行銷策略擬定、顧客關係管理、市場調查資料分析與報告撰寫
  • 其它條件: • Relevant working experience in retail/fashion is preferred,Luxury brand is a PLUS.
    • Proactive, being able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper with proven success on in-store activation campaigns.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong fashion sense and interest.
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
    • Energetic, open and forthcoming attitude.
    • Driven to execute efficiently and accurately.
    • Proactive, ambitious, flexible and entrepreneurial.
