E-commerce Business Manager

  • 全職

1. Managed our Amazon, Shopee, Lazada Seller central site, coordinated all sales activities, including new product launch, promotions, AMS/DSP advertising with sales strategies to maximize revenues and profits., responsible for top and bottom line for APAC site financial report.
2. Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
3. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
4. Collaborate with BU to define and map out the Ecommerce strategy .
5. Own the entire lead-to-purchase funnel, including optimization of E-Commerce channel contents, lead nurture marketing, optimize conversion.
6. Ideate, activate, and optimize strategic communications to users according to their journey and stage of funnel .
7. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, identify, and manage brand exposure opportunities and bring fresh, creative thinking to leverage growth tactics in the most surprising and effective ways.

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 其它條件: 1. 7+ years of experience working in the digital marketing field in B2C/D2C eCommerce companies and related branding companies.
    2. Experience in managing B2C e-commerce platforms, with D2C experience, is a plus.
    3. Experience with conversion funnel optimization and landing page optimization, including A/B and MVT testing .
    4. Ability to identify opportunities in the user journey and create effective copy and communication campaigns, understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
    Knowledge of marketing analytics, testing, and research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Optimize, Heat Mapping Tools, other CRM/CDP tools)
    5. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
    6. Highly analytical, data-driven, and have good communication skills
    7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and writing.
    8. Comprehensive understanding of the financial reports.
    9. Proficiency in English.
