Senior Financial Analyst -總公司-約聘

  • 全職

Purpose:
• To ensure accurate and timely Taiwan actual results reporting - financial and operational KPI’s.
• Financial modeling for Taiwan commercial projects, monthly outlooks, Annual Financial Plan & Strategic Business Plans.
• To prepare Taiwan Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Plan package and provide analysis.
• To support management with Taiwan commercial analytics (Product, Channel, Franchisee / partner profitability, Inventory)

Key Metrics:
• Accurate & timely reporting of monthly financials, forecast and annual plan.
• Accurate & efficient financial modeling.
• Accurate analytic support for Taiwan.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, YTD financials, working closely with the FP&A Manager and Accounting Manager. Provide commentary on performance for Senior Management including the monthly Sales Flash Report and Bridge report.
• Monitor financial performance highlighting risks & opportunities to Senior Management.
• Provide ongoing analytical and commercial support for:
i. Channel: sell in / sell thru; controlled retail comp store & traffic; channel profitability; store profitability; franchisee profitability,
ii. Product: segment / category contribution; trend analysis; productivity analysis.
iii. Inventory: analyze inventory levels including the profile of inventory on hand & in the trade.
iv. Range profitability modeling. Load prices to SAP once range profitability finalized.
v. COGS: Analyze cost components and support costing process for ‘off cycle’ product purchases.
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts (by channel, product category) – full financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) and capex planning. Load to Essbase / HFM systems.
• Prepare the Annual Finance Plan (by retail store, channel, product category) – full financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) and capex planning. Load to Essbase / HFM systems.
• Support the Strategic Business Process (model 3 year financials).
• Business performance presentations for Senior Management including financials, commentary & trends. These include monthly MBR / QBR reviews, Annual Financial Plans and Strategic Business Plans.
• Financial modeling for commercials projects including scenario planning & sensitivity analysis.
• PER preparation for new O&O / Franchise stores.
• Support month end analysis including revenue reconciliation between POS and SAP.
