Business Manager(營銷規劃管理)_嵌入式記憶體

Position Summary:
Provide consistent and clear strategic direction to various departments. The Business Manager is responsible for the management and growth of the overall global business from evaluation for new product development through formulate business model to market success.

Essential Functions:
1) Business plan, forecast and allocation
- collect market estimates from the global team to formulate business plan in line with direction of Kingston company
- understand background and evaluate changing market demands and conditions, even to predict potential risks.
- participate in sales and planning meetings to ensure accurate forecasts for various Kingston product lines
- review weekly and monthly report with BDM/sales/distributor to check support needed from market
- develop annual business plan and potential visions for the next 3 to 5 years
- Track and analyze competitive activities in all regions
- produce analysis report for reviewing and discussing strategy with management.
2) Frequent and close communications for demand and supply
- ensure all resources are aligned with business plan as well as monthly and quarterly sales targets
- notify various department of resource status, changes and strategy updates
- work with PM and RD to define the product roadmap, launch timelines and go-to-market strategy
- involve in the customization process for regional needs
- long-term observe potential markets and plan the necessary resources
- maintain close contact with sales, finance and operations to track performance in terms of volume and margins

工作條件

  • 工作經歷: 五年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 其它條件: 1.Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
    2.At least 5 years work experience, with DRAM/Flash background is plus.
    3.Fluent in Chinese and English, cross-functional communication skill.
    4.(not must) International travel, both Asian countries and the US are possible.
