1. NTT Solutions Client Manager is responsible for Achieve sales target while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction 2.To introduce NTT Solutions's portfolio of solutions and services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account 3.To identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategy that will lead to a strong pipeline and high win rate 4.To develop strategy to penetrate new competitive account or business areas dominated by the competitor 5.Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision-makers in the accounts being managed 6.To collaborate with client services team to resolve any client satisfaction issue

1.Minimum 5 yrs of sales experience in IT industry 2.Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field 3.Proven account management skills for FSI, Manufacturing or Public clients is preferred 4.Proven track record for IT infrastructure sales 5.Strong Networking/ Security/Storage/UC knowledge is preferred 6.Experience in services sales in areas such as Storage, Security or network management is preferred 7.Good communication and presentation skills 8.High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment
