Senior interior designer (with overseas experiences preferred)

Position now opens for Senior Interior Designer: Requirements: • Around 7 years of experiences in architecture or interior design field • At least 3 years PM experiences preferred • Work experiences with international projects • Overseas / Middle-East works experiences preferred • Degree/Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture, or other related disciplines • Relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential, Restaurant and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects • Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion • Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong senses for continuous improvement and exploring innovative ideas • Excellent presentation with good communications and interpersonal skills • Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications • Able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary • Well experienced in generating / reviewing design and construction drawings / specifications / documentations / shop drawings • Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Keynote and common software • Excellent command of spoken and written English or Japanese is a plus • Willing to travel occasionally Responsibilities: • Independently handle hospitality / residential projects from design concept to site supervision / coordination during construction period • Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board • Initiate design concept, layout and material selection • Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design • Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations • Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results • Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams • Supervise and coach junior staff members in daily work, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness What can you expect • Studio culture of Work Smart Play Hard • Being part of a global team that shares expertise and ideas with no geographical boundaries • Opportunities to participate in local and international design fairs / exhibitions • Friendly and flexible working environment • Work from Home a day every week • Attractive remuneration package • Annual double-pay plus discretionary Bonus • Group Medical Insurance Please send us your full CV, with a cover letter, recent photos, availability, expected salary and your portfolio to apply.tpe@abconcept.net to arrange an interview.
