幼兒園美語主管

一、工作目標｜Job Objective 統籌規劃全園英語課程，協助提升教學品質與教師專業能力，確保課程落實、教學一致性與語言環境品質。 二、主要職責｜Key Responsibilities 1. 課程規劃與教材管理｜Curriculum Planning & Materials Management 規劃全年英語課程架構與每月/週主題課程內容。 Design yearly, monthly, and weekly English curriculum frameworks. 擬定教學指標、能力分級與學習評量方式。 Set learning objectives, levels, and assessment standards. 協助選用、整合或開發教材、教具與活動資源。 Select or develop teaching materials and resources. 定期檢視並更新教學計畫與教材內容。 Review and revise curriculum plans and materials regularly. 2. 教學指導與團隊協作｜Teaching Supervision & Team Collaboration 指導英語教師課程執行，提供教學建議與反饋。 Support and coach English teachers with curriculum implementation. 協助新進教師訓練、試教安排與教學觀課。 Train and observe new teachers and provide feedback. 帶領英語教學會議，促進團隊溝通與資源共享。 Lead teaching meetings and facilitate collaboration. 定期觀課、回饋與協助提升教學技巧。 Conduct lesson observations and provide guidance. 3. 課程品質監督與行政配合｜Quality Assurance & Administrative Coordination 檢核教師教案、教材製作與學習成果紀錄。 Monitor lesson plans, teaching materials, and student portfolios. 4.協助籌辦英語成果發表、展示活動或親子活動。 Coordinate English showcases or parent-involved events. 5.撰寫課程進度報告與教師發展紀錄。 Prepare curriculum progress reports and teacher evaluations. 6.配合園所推動雙語政策、國際教育或認證計畫。 Support bilingual policy implementation or international programs. 7. 家長溝通與語言環境建立｜Parent Communication & Language Environment 協助處理英語學習相關的家長諮詢或疑慮。 Respond to parent inquiries regarding English learning. 8.設計或審核雙語家長通知單、學習單、回家任務。 Design or review bilingual notices and home activities. 9.建立園內一致性的英語語言環境與教學語調。 Promote consistent use of English language environment in classrooms.
