About this job As a site engineer, you will be responsible for project implementation activities, customer support field service activities, and ad-hoc support for customer’s network or product issues related to 5G and LTE Radio Access Network (RAN). Based on the digital transformation trend, you will join the training program for critical skills related to Automation and AI, Security, Cloud Native, and Enterprise domain. What you will do • Attend customer meetings • CR for SW update/upgrade, configuration changes • Field Technical Support • Site Facility Management • Site Information Management • Third party supervision • Physical Site Access Management • Preventive Maintenance Execution • Hardware Repair & Return support • Supervise emergency cases for 8+ hrs on some days • Field Site Survey, Installation and Troubleshooting • Filed Test activities What you will bring Core Competences: • Ericsson Portfolio Knowledge and new technologies is the best • Applying Expertise & Technology. • Analyzing, Learning & Researching • Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Degree holder in Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline. • Good knowledge in the latest RAN & IP network topology principles & techniques. • Good knowledge in Linux platform operation, creating script files. • Good knowledge in New Technology: Automation & AI, Digital Twin, Machine Learning • Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Willing to work under high pressure and taking initiative with good focus on problem solving. • Good collaboration across different functional teams locally and regionally. • Pro-active and customer-oriented with good customer communication skills.
