Key duties for the role - Managing overall Sales against targets and ensuring a solid project pipeline identified for Turbomachinery business(both for New Equipment Sales and Aftersales) in Taiwan by a proactive action toward customers, key stakeholders, developers and investors. - Promotion and sale of Turbomachinery products to current and potential clients - Develop effective tactics and feasible project structures with competitive and reliable project partners - Fostering and developing 3rd party OEM business in Taiwan - Develop a short-term, mid-term and long-term plan and strategy to bring sustainable growth in MAN business in Taiwan in connection with Company’s business targets and strategy - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners - Coordination externally with customers and partners and internally with colleagues and HQ for projects - Provide support in preparing market surveys, reports and updates to the Company Role-related competencies • Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines • High sense of responsibility is able to make prompt decisions and weigh-up the consequences and risks of decision • Customer-oriented mind-set is able to balance the benefits of the customer and the company • Good cooperation with others, team spirit, is able to resolve conflicts properly. Have a real can-do positive attitude • Open minded, is able to work with people with different backgrounds • Be able to perform well even under very high pressure and to deal with frustration • Must be able to handle a variety of activities where priority of interest can be conflicting

其他條件

Skills -Fluent at oral and written in English and Chinese, strong communication skills -Be a good negotiator -Good documentation skills (MS office) Qualifications -Bachelor degree in Engineering (typically Mechanical or Chemical) -Detailed understanding of Turbomachinery(Compressors and turbines), EPC business and Aftersales, both on technical and commercial aspects. -Approx. 5-8 years of related experience as Sales Manager or Technical Sales Manager or Project Manager working for a general contractor or Turbomachinery OEM preferably in the field of EPC or Aftersales for industrial plants. -Proven sales track record Personality traits suitable for the role -Strong passion for winning sales and driven by success -Able to travel
