更多其他職缺請連結https://manpowergrc.tw 工作內容: Key Responsibilities 1.Build Strategic Partnerships a.Develop and nurture relationships with System Integrators (SIs) to enhance company market presence and drive business growth. b.Utilize existing connections and leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage potential SI partners for company. 2.Engage with Established Distributors a.Identify and capitalize on opportunities with our existing distributor network in the US. b.Foster strong relationships with distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth. 3.Market Research and Analysis a.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. b.Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor our offerings effectively. 4.Sales Strategy Development a.Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute business development strategies that align with overall company goals. b.Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets. 5.Networking and Representation a.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build professional networks and generate leads. b.Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 需求條件: 1.Proven experience in business development or Sales, preferably in the technology or US Embedded IPC sectors. 2.Strong network of contacts within the System Integrator community. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. 4.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. 5.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
