As the project manager under COO Office, you will be the one to take charge of CBG-wide (consumer banking business) projects independently. Job Duties & Responsibilities ● Take charge of squad/project independently to improve CBG-wide customer/employee end-to-end journeys with agile approach. Need to have good mindset in adopting data-driven operating model and deliver meaningful business impacts. ● Support business head for strategy business planning and implementations. ● Coordinate across CBG for common strategic agenda (i.e. digital transformation, internal collaboration, operating model innovation).

Requirements ● Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management & planning role. ● 7 years in knowledge of consumer banking group business (preferred) ● Learn fast and be able to work under high pressure with high EQ. Possess great problem-solving skills and strong sense of accountability. ● Able to collaborate with both local & regional counterparts and demonstrate leadership. Sense of humor is a plus. ● Be Agile, bold, open-minded, and self-motivated with good communication in both Mandarin & English. ● Excellent Office skill is a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
