As the project manager under COO Office, you will be the one to take charge of CBG-wide (consumer banking business) projects independently. It’s not an easy job but you would experience a 10x speed in growing fast & strengthening yourself to be an elite special force for the team! Job Duties & Responsibilities ● Take charge of squad/project independently to improve CBG-wide customer/employee end-to-end journeys with agile approach. Need to have good mindset in adopting data-driven operating model and deliver meaningful business impacts. ● Support business head for strategy business planning and implementations. ● Coordinate across CBG for common strategic agenda (i.e. digital transformation, internal collaboration, operating model innovation).
