Substitute School Nurse

The substitute school nurse is an on-call position and acting as a school nurse to carry out the required health services for students in accordance with school policies and procedures. Health services includes evaluating patient complaints and using professional judgment in providing comfort and care, making referrals to doctors, and keeping parents, teachers and administrators informed on an as needed basis. REQUIRED SKILLS - Strong Communication Skills - Fluency in both oral and written English - Fluency in Mandarin in a plus QUALIFICATIONS - BSN degree - Valid RN certification (TW RN certification required) - Valid CPR certification - At least one year full time nursing experience in a hospital or school
