TechNexion is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. 彤晟科技是一家穩定成長發展的公司,我們正在尋找一位國外業務助理,將負責與大客戶保持定期聯繫,確保所有銷售文件在提交之前完成,並根據需求聯繫客戶更新訊息,能夠為銷售團隊提供可靠的援助。 工作內容Responsibilities • 處理客戶訂單並隨時注意進度 Process and follow up on purchase orders • 維護和更新未結訂單 Maintain and update open order lists • 在ERP系統中維護客戶數據 Maintain customer data in our ERP system • 確保訂單及時發貨 Assure orders are shipped in time • 與銷售團隊配合,確保訂單的交付週期 Work with sales in getting lead-times on orders • 與品保部門配合處理客戶RMA商品 Manage incoming RMA with our QA department • 及時了解新產品資訊 Keep up to date with new product information • 遵守所有公司的政策和程序 Follow all companies’ policies and procedures 需求條件Requirements • 工作態度細心 Careful individual with care for details • 能充分了解銷售作業以確保對客戶的服務品質 Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • 英語說寫能力佳 Proficiency in English language, both oral and written • 易溝通、能與人相處融洽 Solid communication and interpersonal skills • 以客戶服務為重點 Customer service focus • 友好,樂於助人,自信和引人入勝的個性 Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality • 能妥善管理相關工作之規劃 Basic administration skills
