此份工作職稱為Systems Analyst, 職務內容為負責高通半導體與全球供應商及客戶在工程生產測試資料(WAT, CP, FT…)及B2B (Rosetta net/EDI - WIP, ASN, PO, Forecast, Invoice, Inventory, Finance, Logistic…)資料整合及導入的專案執行者及溝通代表. 此外, 為維護資料的品質及穩定度需頻繁的與供應商溝通解決問題及提出改善計劃. 另外, 此份工作雖與IT相關, 但不會實際接觸到完整的系統開發及設計. 然而, 我們鼓勵員工透過語言能力去開發工具解決頻繁及重複的例行性工作. 最後, 我們工作主軸為處理工程生產測試資料為主, 約佔七成, 其餘為B2B(Business to Business) 相關問題處理. Job Overview • The primary responsibility for this position is to support Engineering data and ERP B2B messaging to address business Needs. The work domain includes engineering projects/business transaction onboarding, supplier production data quality, scripting and supplier data connection infrastructures. • This individual will need to work with engineering and business closely to understand demand, analyze data issue, convey technical requirement to global development. • Candidates must have a strong background in Engineering Data/Business transaction description, IT Technology/troubleshooting tools with proven communication (both English & Chinese), analytical, and problem-solving skills to enhance supplier process, resolve production data quality issue and ensure supplier data deliverables meet specifications. • Candidates must be able to work with business partners around the global to provide business transaction and engineering operational support.
