供應鏈物流專員 / Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator

- 協助主管執行進出口, 三角貿易採購事宜。 - 追蹤貨況, 確保庫存量。 - 負責下訂單並確認訂單數量。 - 安排最佳生產出貨流程，處理出貨報關文件作業。 - 決定貨物裝運之方法，並準備提貨單、發貨單及其他相關文件。 - 處理送錯貨, 短到, 缺貨, 破損等事宜。 - 與外國分公司聯繫, 確保溝通有效。 - 執行主管交辦事項。 - 需要細心，有責任感，有抗壓性。 - Inbound and outbound management, ensuring an accurate inventory - Ensuring plant has enough stock to meet production - Overseeing the ordering and stuffing process & monitoring stock levels - Tracking and make sure orders arrive in time, prepare shipping documents. - Arrange shipment either by air/sea/courier. - Optimizing operational resources while executing premium freight and inventory control - Managing the integral supply chain to match demand and supply - Managing wrong/short shipment including shipment claim - Working with internal/external team to maximize the process efficiency - Fast-learner, flexible, and able to prioritize. - Attention to detail, multi-task oriented.
