職缺說明｜About the Role 您將是公司工程前期評估與預算控制的重要角色，負責協助專案在設計初期、投標階段與工程執行過程中的數量計算、單價估算與成本分析。 You will play a key role in evaluating early-stage projects, assisting with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budget control throughout the design and execution phases. 此職缺會接觸幕牆設計圖面、加工與安裝流程，並與設計部、工務部、採購與財務單位密切合作，是連結技術與財務之間的重要橋樑。 This role bridges technical drawings and financial accuracy, working closely with design, procurement, and finance teams. --------------------------------------------------- 主要工作內容｜What You’ll Do 解讀工程圖面，進行工程數量計算（玻璃、鋁板、鋁料、扣件等） Interpret technical drawings to extract precise material quantities 製作工程預算書、成本估算書與投標資料 Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing documents for tender submissions 建立與維護單價資料庫與歷史成本紀錄 Maintain and update internal unit price and cost tracking systems 協助成本分析、盈虧試算與報價策略建議 Support cost-benefit analysis and bid strategy planning 協助專案預算編列、進度請款與變更簽證估價 Assist in project budgeting, progress payment verification, and variation estimation 跨部門溝通工程預算細節，支援設計與工務人員成本決策 Communicate with other departments to support cost-aware decision-making --------------------------------------------------- 我們希望你是這樣的人｜Who You Are 對數據與成本分析敏銳，邏輯清晰 Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numerical logic 能從圖面中拆解構造並轉化為數據 Able to translate technical drawings into quantifiable cost items 喜歡統整資訊與建立標準資料流程 Enjoys organizing data and building structured cost libraries 願意持續優化公司報價邏輯與估算精度 Motivated to improve accuracy and consistency in pricing workflows --------------------------------------------------- 必要條件｜Required Skills 熟悉工程圖面（平立剖／節點圖）與幕牆構造邏輯 Familiar with architectural drawings and curtain wall detailing 具備數量計算、預算估價或工料分析實務經驗 Experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, or bill of quantities 熟悉 Excel / Google Sheets，能建立估算表與報價邏輯 Proficient in Excel or Sheets for cost templates and quantity tools 大專以上工程、營建、造價、建築等相關科系 Degree in construction, civil, architecture, cost engineering, or related field
