蓋亞汽車【研發部】擴大招募！ 走向零碳未來，我們期待您的加入。 我們正在尋找一位具備車輛測試規劃與執行能力的【車輛測試工程師】，協助我們進行產品功能性、性能與耐久性測試。 ｜您在蓋亞汽車的工作職掌｜ ✔ 根據測試需求建立完整的測試計畫，並依據法規與技術文獻制定測試標準。 Develop comprehensive test plans and define standards based on regulations and technical literature. ✔ 定義測試方式、環境條件與所需設備，並執行試驗與數據收集。 Specify testing methods, environmental conditions, and equipment; execute tests and collect data. ✔ 分析測試數據，撰寫報告並提出改善建議。 Analyze test data, prepare reports, and provide improvement recommendations. ✔ 與跨部門及實驗室協作，溝通測試結果與問題改善方式。 Collaborate with departments and labs to communicate results and resolve issues. ✔ 進行測試車輛整備與維護，設計儀器架設方式與性能評估方法。 Prepare and maintain test vehicles; design instrumentation setups and evaluation methods. ✔ 執行車輛操控性與乘坐舒適性的主觀評價。 Perform subjective evaluations of vehicle handling and ride comfort. ✔ 具備英文溝通能力，能與國內外團隊協作。 Communicate effectively in English with internal and external teams. ｜我們正在尋找這樣的夥伴｜ # 具備車輛測試計畫撰寫與執行經驗，熟悉測試標準與流程。 Experienced in vehicle test planning and execution, familiar with standards and procedures. # 熟悉車輛性能、操控性與舒適性評估方法。 Knowledgeable in evaluating vehicle performance, handling, and comfort. # 有以下經驗者尤佳： Preferred qualifications include: 　• 有電動車或車廠工作經驗者 　Experience in EV or automotive industry 　• 熟悉車輛環境試驗或與車輛測試中心合作經驗者 　Familiarity with environmental testing or collaboration with vehicle testing centers 　• 具備車輛操控性主觀評價經驗者尤 　Experience in subjective vehicle handling evaluation is a plus
