Overview: We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a unique rotation between fieldwork aboard our state-of-the-art investigation vessel and office-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, particularly in marine environments, and a passion for innovative offshore investigation. 1.Conduct offshore geotechnical site investigations, including sampling, in-situ testing, and data collection. 2.Analyze geotechnical data and prepare detailed reports for various offshore projects such as wind farms, pipelines, and drilling platforms. 3.Collaborate with the marine operations team to ensure safe and efficient execution of fieldwork. 4.Participate in the planning and execution of offshore campaigns, including equipment preparation and maintenance. 5.Rotate between field assignments on the vessel and office-based roles, ensuring seamless integration of site data with project needs. 6.Provide geotechnical support and recommendations for foundation design, seabed stability, and other marine construction activities. 7.Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technological advancements in offshore geotechnical engineering. 8.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during offshore operations. 9.Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. 10.Mentor and guide junior geotechnical engineers and technical staff.
