Position now opens for Interior Designer: Responsibilities: - Independently handle hospitality/residential projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination during construction period. - Initiate design concept, layout and material selection - Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design - Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentation - Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results - Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams - Assist Team Head to supervise and coach junior staff members in the daily work, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness Requirements: - Degree/Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture, or other related disciplines. - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential, Restaurant and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects - Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion - Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Keynote and common software - Proficient in spoken and written English or Japanese is a plus - Ability to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary - Excellent presentation with good communications and interpersonal skills, able to lead and coach junior team members - Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong senses for continuous improvement and exploring new idea - Hard-working, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently - Willing to travel occasionally - Immediate availability preferable What can you expect • Studio culture of Work Smart Play Hard • Being part of a global team that shares expertise and ideas with no geographical boundaries • Opportunities to participate in local and international design fairs / exhibitions • Friendly and flexible working environment • Work from Home a day every week • Attractive remuneration package • Annual double-pay plus discretionary Bonus • Group Medical Insurance Please send us your full CV, with a cover letter, recent photos, availability, expected salary and your portfolio to [email protected] to arrange an interview.
