NeoBards entertainment is looking for an experienced art director for one of its new project on mobile/consoles Role: 1.Responsible for the definition of the vision and creation of high quality game art content on pc and high end console platform 2. Provides guidance and feedback for all artists within team and is heading the art production within the project. 3. Promotes, evangelize and support the game vision to the team and stake holders both internally and externally. 4. Delivers to the highest standards in entertainment experience Key Responsibility: 1. Defines the vision in accordance with needs of the product and ensure its delivery on time and on quality. 2. Manages and grows his team upholding the highest managerial standards. 3. Evangelizes the game vision in the team and throughout the company 4. Reports to game director and independently manages challenges and mitigation strategiesValidates with the subject matter leads the outsourced assets. 5. Is responsible for the final visual quality of the final product. 6. Oversees the delivery of asset across multiple development sites.
