Manager, Project Management (HsinChu, Tucheng)

1. Lead the team of Project Managers that are in charge of planning and implementation of multiple broadband projects 2. Ensure timely and accurate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables 3. Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to commitments. Report to senior management on regular base. 4. Interact with customers: facilitate a bi-directional communication. (requirements, status, decision to be made, etc...) 5. Assemble and coordinate project staff 6. Manage project budgets 7. Manage project resource allocation 8. plan and schedule project timelines 9. track project deliverables using appropriate tools 10. provide direction and support to project team 11. quality assurance 12. constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 13. present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 14. implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 15. project evaluations and assessment of results
