台灣瑪基綠能為義大利太陽能變流器製造商FIMER 在台灣設立的子公司 我們正在尋找一位積極進取的業務工程師加入我們的團隊! 職務說明: 1.定期拜訪所屬客戶,維繫穩定客戶關係 2.開發國內太陽能/儲能潛在客戶,拓展市場,以達成業績目標。 3.負責國內業務接洽及訂單處理。 4.負責產品報價及產品解說,並處理帳款回收相關事宜。 【Key Responsibilities】 Sales management, provide customer support (e.g., technical, payment-related assistance), and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. ● Customer Supports Ensures the requests of customers are handled timely (e.g., purchase orders, goods delivery, cases follow up, etc.) by coordinating with sales, factory, and engineering teams ● Customer Requests Recommends appropriate solutions for customer requests, and ensures the complete handling of the requests. Responsible for order tracking and assurance of on-time customer delivery. ● Customer Relations Develops and maintains customer relationships. Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.
