Field Service Engineer(J)

1. Implement service contracts and ensure customer fulfillment in alignment with contract terms and conditions. 2. Identify business opportunities and risks through daily operations and interactions with customers. 3. Serve as a technical expert for production support, both internally and externally, including tester cell integration and device testing issue debugging. 4. Resolve complex technical problems by analyzing data remotely or on-site and developing proactive action plans. 5. Act as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. 6. Lead or mentor less-experienced engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and promoting best practices. 7. Support the annual renewal process of service contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
