Subcontract Management - Requesting a quotation and evaluation bids, and selecting subcontractor. - Monthly progress payment evaluation, reviewing the scope of work and additional work items. 2. Preparation of Progress Payment Claims - Reviewing payment applications, including quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates 3. Documentation and Coordination - Handling documentation based on the above tasks, submitting for approvals, attending meetings and coordination with other departments
