Product Manager

Purpose of the Role The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Asetek’s liquid cooling product portfolio. This role ensures alignment between customer needs, internal development capabilities, driving a successful conversion of market opportunities into competitive innovative products. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the product portfolio. • Monitor competitive trends and translate customer needs and market feedback into product requirements • Ensure fit with Asetek’s product platform thinking • Support Product Family Master Planning (PFMP) and ensure product line coherence and provide recommendations for portfolio adjustments. • Collaborate closely with: o R&D teams in China and Denmark o Sales team in Taipei • Act as product owner throughout the lifecycle, ensuring successful launch and sustained market performance. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within technology or consumer electronics. • Strong understanding of product families and PFMP (Product Family Master Planning) is an advantage. • Ability to convert customer requests and market trends into viable product proposals. • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
