職位描述: 1. 獨立負責船舶操作事宜,包括動態跟蹤,貨物的裝卸作業,發票製作,查詢港口信息,客戶服務,付款申請,裝卸時間計算等; 2. 能夠妥善溝通協調與解決跟蹤船舶操作過程中的突發事項; 3. 航次執行狀況的總結和分析; 4. 熟悉瞭解GENCON合約和NYPE格式合約; 5. 配合租船、業務和財務部門工作,滿足客戶需求,安排船舶加油,收取運費和滯期費,解決爭議等; 6. 配合執行主管安排的特定工作; 7. 收集市場相關有利信息,洽談並促成最終合作 職位要求: 1. 應屆海洋海科畢業生或者至少擁有在航運公司工作2年及以上的操作或者租船經驗; 2. 英語能夠與國外客戶流暢並有效的溝通; 3. 吃苦耐勞,能承受一定工作壓力和加班; 4. 擅長與人溝通 5. 責任感強,執行力以及合作精神; Essential Duties • Maximize earnings of the Operator business unit • Retrieve business opportunities; • Make voyage calculations and compare possibilities in accordance with market trends and corporate policies; • Negotiating charter parties with charterers/operators/brokers; • Making charter party details available to operators; • Sourcing of single trip and short period tonnage; • Developing and maintaining client portfolio; • Traveling to conferences and/or shipping events • Support the Chartering team in performance control and report Required Competencies • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong negotiator and ability to outperform market levels • Team player who has the discipline to work along and meet pre-defined deadlines • Ability to achieve results in a demanding and challenging environment • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Ability to use initiative and problem solve • Determination to grow within the business Job Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in chartering area • Experience in the similar chartering position • Knowledge of shipping cargoes and familiarity with all related laws and regulations • Fluent in English
