In this role, you will assist with customer inquiries, managing order processing, and providing general departmental support to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. 職務說明如下 Responsibilities 1. 準備、接收並準確、及時地處理全球代理商自行車及售後配件訂單。 Process global distributor sales orders accurately and efficiently. 2. 準備、接收並準確、及時地處理e-commerce訂單。 Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently. 3. 與其他團隊協作,確保順利滿足客戶對訂單的需求。 Work cross-functionally to ensure customer’s needs are met, orders ship, and payments are processed in a timely manner. 4. 了解市場動態,包括消費者偏好及分銷商的業務模式。 Develop channel and market understanding to provide insight to the Sales Team to help grow the business. 5. 提供部門支持,包括樣品自行車訂購、CKD文檔處理、部門報告及TOAM活動等。 General departmental support like ordering samples, document control, report creation, event planning. 6. 執行直接經理指派的其他工作。 Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
月薪38,000~45,000元
