Responsibilities: 1. Compile and present comprehensive reports, forecasts, budgets, business plans, and financial statements. 2. Research and analyze accounting data to provide accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making. 3. Perform ad hoc analyses and manage special projects as assigned. 4. Support cross-functional teams in aligning financial and operational strategies. 5. Willing to relocate to Taichung, Tainan, or overseas for a rotation program to build diverse expertise.
