Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY A vibrant role in RAR QA to coin data value by exploiting current data asset and transforming to visible options and payoff. This position will take the primary job to execute Raritan data strategy which focus on finding continuous improvement opportunities. Also facilitates the process automate inter and intra QA team by leveraging IT/CS knowledge. Also work with global PAC community to leverage visible data to probe the real world. 這是一個在RAR品質保證（QA）部門中充滿活力的職位，其核心任務是發掘現有資料資產的價值，並將其轉化為可視化的選項與效益。此職位將主要負責執行Raritan的資料策略，重點在於持續尋找改進的機會。同時，該角色也需運用資訊技術/計算機科學的知識，促進QA團隊內部及跨團隊流程的自動化。此外，亦需與全球PAC社群合作，藉由可視化資料來探討並反映真實世界的情況。 DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS 1. Able to code in Java or Python or C+/Arduino languages (Be familiar with Pandas, Numpy, Scikit learn, NLTK libraries etc.) 2. Experience in SQL, NoSQL database and Elasticsearch/Lucene library, Rest API design. 3. Capable of Statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, 4. Data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI, other O365 packages. 知識和技能： 1.能使用 Java、Python 或 C+/Arduino 等語言進行程式撰寫（熟悉 Pandas、Numpy、Scikit-learn、NLTK 等套件）。 2.具備 SQL、NoSQL 資料庫，以及 Elasticsearch/Lucene 函式庫、REST API 設計的相關經驗。 3.熟悉統計工具，如 SPSS、SAS。 4.熟悉資料視覺化與報表工具，如 Power BI，以及其他 O365工具 REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience. 2. Being fluent in English on listening, speaking, reading and writing. 3. Strong communication and logical expression skills, with a good team spirit, proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn 資格條件： 1.擁有統計學、資訊科學、資訊工程、電機工程或其他相關領域的學士以上學歷，或具備等同的相關工作經驗。 2.能使用英文進行聽、說、讀、寫。 3.具備良好的溝通能力與邏輯表達能力，具有團隊合作精神、積極主動、工作態度認真，並具備學習意願。
