■ 工作內容 Job Description - 參與基地現勘,並繪製項目建築底圖。 - 理解設計方案並深化施工細節,繪製施工圖集。 - 進行建材詢價並協助進行基本成本估算。 - 重點監工/案場協作/竣工查驗。 - 繪製竣工圖並進行機電消防圖面的檢討。 - 檢討結構、機電、裝修等碰撞衝突 - BIM模型元件製作建立與相關資料整理 -支援專案團隊在BIM軟體和工具上的培訓和技術支援與發展 - Participate in site surveys during the early stages of projects and draft initial architectural base drawings. - Understand design concepts and develop detailed construction drawings. - Conduct material inquiries and assist with basic cost estimation. - Supervise key aspects of construction and coordinate on-site activities. - Draft as-built drawings and review MEP Drawings. - Review structural, MEP, and fit-out collision conflicts - Create and organize BIM model components and relevant data - Support project teams with training, technical support, and development in BIM software and tools ■ 資格要求 Qualifications - 建築/室內設計相關大學科系。 - 3年以上商辦空間室內設計/工程經驗。 - 熟悉基本建材價格並具備成本控管能力。 - 具備工地管理經驗,熟悉相關法規尤佳。 - 勇於挑戰創新,具備設計思辨與獨立作業能力。 - 良好的跨界協作與有效溝通能力。 - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial interior design or construction. - Familiarity with basic material pricing and cost control skills. - Experience in site management and familiarity with relevant regulations is preferred. - Willingness to challenge and innovate, with strong design thinking and the ability to work independently. - Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration and effective communication skills.
