-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant Technical Field (e.g. Structural/Civil engineering, or similar) -At least 5 years of experience in relevant engineering background (selling specified engineering products or providing engineering solutions, while experience with supplier, EPC, engineering consultants or contractors will also be considered) -Leadership experiences are added plus. A strong leader who can develop and drive people to achieve their potential -Senior experience with Hilti relevant applications with proven experience in construction, either in design offices or at construction sites -In-depth knowledge of the design and construction process, in relevance to the Hilti scope of applications and products. Typically having a track as senior Specification, Field, or Key Project Engineer -Able to steer a clear strategy to drive and maintain outstanding results -Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders -Commercial experience with Systematic Account Development mindset. -Prefer to have leadership experience -University degree, technical or business related -Technical functional expertise within construction business -Engineering or technical sales experience -Effective communication skills
