1. Coordinate/Conduct equipment qualification as well as trainings for team members with respect to GMP, safety and professional skills. 2. Prepare and improve production-related SOP to ensure correct operations and increase productivity. 3. Manage team resources to successfully complete the production tasks/goal on time and in compliance with GMP requirements. 4. Support the investigation of any unexpected event during equipment qualification or batch production, and complete the investigation report on schedule.
