JL01-Senior Network Engineer Team Leader (Arizona, USA)

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer Team Leader, holding a CCNP or CCIE certification, with significant expertise in BGP, OSPF, and large-scale network deployment. This role will be responsible for collaborating with on-site technicians of clients to validate configurations and ensure connectivity. You will be leading the implementation and troubleshooting of network connectivity while managing team coordination and project execution. Responsibilities: Coordinate with on-site technicians of clients to validate network configurations and ensure smooth implementation. Plan, configure, install, and troubleshoot network equipment, including Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba devices. Lead and verify the configuration of network gear (routers, switches, access points and ensure network connectivity. Evaluate network infrastructure work to ensure compliance with standards and data infrastructure requirements. Resolve configuration issues, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of network components. Provide network environment management consulting, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues. Manage and lead the AZ team, implementing strategies and directions from the TW headquarters and ensuring local execution. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, providing technical guidance, problem-solving, and leadership for the network engineering team. Collaborate with engineers of clients to ensure the quality of project execution and validate compliance with project goals and timelines. Handle project management responsibilities, creating reports and documentation to track project progress and results. Qualifications: Certification in Cisco (CCNA and/or CCNP) is required. At least 5 years of network engineering experience and 3 years of experience in management, with a focus on BGP, OSPF, and large-scale network deployments. Experience working with network devices such as Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba, including router and switch configuration and troubleshooting. Good working knowledge of WAN/LAN functions and network and data protocols. Familiarity with wireless AP configuration is a plus. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a customer-oriented approach. Must be able to drive and effectively manage work pressure.
